The owner, Kaneko, personally goes to Toyosu Market every morning to carefully
select fresh seafood.

The ingredients are carefully processed through complicated processes such as
maturation and dehydration, and are paired with mixed rice and red vinegar
specially formulated for sushi to create a harmonious and unified vinegar
rice.

Kaneko uses her superb skills to present sushi that best showcases the charm
of the ingredients.

We also offer a variety of seasonal sake and shochu, allowing you to freely
choose according to your preferences or mood.

This high-end sushi restaurant features a modest counter seating with just six
seats, perfect for everyday dining or special occasions.
