Highlights
Book a private airport transfer from Heathrow Airport to the famous English town of Cambridge with a professional chauffeur driver to travel in style. Meet and greet service provided customers at the arrivals terminal at Heathrow Airport. Customers can book a return journey back to the Airport at the end of their Holiday.
Price showing here is per vehicle not per person.
Itinerary
You will be provided with a chauffeur driven car service from Heathrow Airport to Cambridge. The vehicles are 5 years or newer, clean, modern and fitted with the latest satellite Navigation system.
All flights will be monitored by the assigned driver and if there are any flight delays, there will be no extra charge. Your driver will come inside to collect you from the arrival hall displaying your name board. He/She will help you with your luggage and drive you to your destination by using latest navigation system with live traffic information.
Customers must choose pick up time wisely and provide all necessary details such as flight number during booking process. Business class passengers and hand luggage only passengers may request pick up time after 30 minutes of flight landing time and all other passengers may request their pick up time after 45 minutes from flight landing time.
This private transfer is available to pickup or drop passengers off and pick up in following post codes in Cambridge only:
Post code area : CB1, CB2 , CB3, CB4, CB5, CB10, CB11, CB22, CB23, CB24

Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes.Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 15 minutes free waiting time available. Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.
