You will be escorted from your Hotel in Bikaner in a private air conditioned vehicle and taken to your local host for your cooking demonstration. The host is related to the Royal Family of Bikaner and experienced in receiving guests interested in Rajasthani cooking. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and served tea, coffee or soft beverages as you get to know your host. Rajasthani cuisine incorporates special ingredients and spices. Your local host shares the techniques and tastes of these. You will watch and learn how to cook specialities such as Lal Mass, Chicken, Rajasthani Ker-sagri vegi, Rajasthani chapatti of Barley and others. After enjoying your cooking demo, you will then share the prepared meal with your host. Later you will be driven back to your hotel in Bikaner. Choice of lunch or Dinner. Depart at 12: 00 for Lunch or 06:30 P.M for Dinner
