(About Railway Usage)
Valid Area: All 9 Osaka Metro lines *The Imazato Liner is not included.
- Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko, Kintetsu, and other private railways are not included.
- If you travel outside the valid area, please notify the staff at the destination station and pay the excess fare in cash.
- When using the train, please hold the QR code over a QR code-compatible ticket gate to enter and exit.
- If you enter the station within the valid period, you can exit the station just once even after the valid period has expired.
- One ticket is valid for one person only. (Up to 4 people can use a single smartphone.)
- In the event of a service disruption, alternative transportation is available only for tickets that have already been activated and are within the valid period. *Even if the ticket was used on that day, it is not eligible for alternative transportation if the valid period has expired.
- The ticket cannot be used if it cannot be displayed due to device malfunction, dead battery, unstable network connection, etc. Please pay the regular fare separately. Furthermore, any separate fares paid while the ticket could not be displayed are non-refundable.
- Matters concerning the use of the ticket are subject to the Conditions of Carriage and Passenger Operation Rules of the respective companies.

(About Using Discount Facilities)
Please present the ticket banner (image) to the facility staff. You cannot receive the discount if you present a ticket before or after use, or if you cannot present the ticket banner (image) due to a system failure or any other reason.
- You may not be able to use the presentation discount benefits due to facility closures, system failures that prevent you from displaying the ticket banner (image), or other issues. Please note in advance that once ticket use has started, no refunds will be given for reasons such as being unable to receive facility discounts.

(Notes on Purchasing Multiple Tickets)
If you purchase multiple identical tickets at once, they cannot be used individually; they will all be activated at the same time, so please use them all for the same itinerary. If you wish to use them individually on multiple occasions, please purchase them separately in multiple transactions.

(Other)
For security protection, you may be required to authenticate with a One-Time Password (OTP). In that case, please follow the steps below.
1. Enter an email address to receive the OTP and click the send button.
2. Confirm that the OTP has been received at the email address set in Step 1. (Emails containing the OTP will be sent from the domain "@linktivity.co.jp". Please also check your spam/junk folder just in case. If you cannot find it in your spam folder, the email address you entered may be incorrect. Please open the usage screen URL from the voucher again and start over from the email address entry.)
3. Enter the OTP provided in the received email into the ticket screen and press the confirm button. If entered correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is complete, OTPs will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an email address that you can check locally on the day of use.)
