Till now no one has contacted me to confirm transport arrangement. Airport transfer only had the date, no option on timing and location of hotel pick up. After paid, no one contacted me to make arrangements and I spent half a day trying to get Pelago to help. 2 staff gave me holding emails but no effect, I have to make my own arrangements so I don’t miss my flight. Very disappointing
