Pre Purchase
Ticket not recommended for children under 12, as most Brussels venues offer discounts for children aged 6-11 and free entrance to children under 6
Most museums are closed on Mondays
Usage
Brussels Card:
Redeem your Brussels Card with your smartphone voucher at visit.brussels desk in the Town Hall of Brussels (closed on Sunday, open the rest of the week
from 9am until 6pm) or at the visit.brussels desk on rue Royale 2, 1000 Brussels (9am until 5pm every day) (both closed 25/12 and 01/01)
Present your Brussels Card at the venues for entry
Bear in mind that most museums are closed on Mondays!

It was a good deal to be honest, but the only downside is the collection of the physical ticket. We went at the station to collect tickets and we were served by a woman who seems not too familiar with the system and claimed that we can’t claim the ticket from the station. It took her some time to help us, and needed a colleague to help her out to figure out how to claim for us. In other words, we booked 2 days pass assuming that we are able to use it for a few hours if we didn’t wasted lot of time waiting for the tickets to be claimed.
