Medieval Transylvania Tour offers you a relaxing time in two wonderful places of Transylvania, Viscri village and one of the best-preserved towns in Europe and the birthplace of Vlad the Impaler.
We will start with the visit to Viscri village, the traditional Saxon village, one of the oldest in all of Transylvania. Here you will meet a traditional blacksmith in his workshop and he will show you how is working in a traditional blacksmith workshop, all these things in an exclusive traditional tour in a horse cart.
After lunch, we leave Viscri village and the tour continues to Sighisoara city. On the route, enjoy an exclusive tasting of organic Transylvanian “like Grandma used to make” jams.
The last stop is Sighisoara, one of the best-preserved cities in Europe and the only city in Romania which looks exactly the same way as in the 16th century and it is also the last still inhabited medieval citadel not only in Transylvania but in whole Europe.

We will serve a traditional lunch, before visiting the Fortified Church, that unlike many of the other fortified churches, was built around 1100 by the Szekler population and taken over by Saxon colonists 100 years later. In Sighisoara, the German settlers built the city in the late part of the 12th century. The walking tour includes the two squares of the Citadel, the Scholars' Staircase, the Tinsmiths’ Tower, the House with Antler, and the Tower with Clock.
