Booking the service according to the number of luggage items
- Please make the booking under the same name as the hotel reservation when
purchasing this product.
- Please ensure you select the date you check out and leave your bags at the
hotel. (※ If your flight is at 01:00 AM on the 2nd, you will typically check
out on the 1st. You must book for the 1st.)
- Please book according to the number of luggage items you wish to have
delivered. Small shopping bags, auxiliary bags, etc., are each counted as 1
item. (※ Please book the exact number of items. We cannot be held responsible
for any disadvantages caused by incorrect counts.)
- Auxiliary bags and stacked luggage sets must be booked as 2 separate items,
not 1. (Refer to the image below)On the day of check-out, please leave your luggage for the Bellugg delivery service at the hotel before 12:00 PM and inform the hotel staff that Bellugg will be coming to pick it up. (Refer to the image below)
- You can track your luggage on the Bellugg website starting from 1 day
before the service date.
- After accessing the official Bellugg website (https://www.bellugg.com/kr/),
go to the 'Track My Luggage' menu, enter the reservation number (xxxxxxxxx)
shown on your voucher and your email address to access the photo upload page.
- The Bellugg driver can wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. You cannot specify
a preferred time, and it is not possible to do so even if you leave a request
in the notes.
- Luggage not left at the hotel by the designated time cannot be picked up,
and the booking will be automatically cancelled without a refund. Please
ensure you leave your bags on time.
- Please make sure to lock your bags so that no one can open them in between
(we are not responsible for any lost items due to bags not being locked).You can pick up your luggage between 7:00 PM on the reservation date and 12:00 PM the following day.
- When picking up your luggage, please present your passport with the same
English name as shown on the voucher.
- You can pick up your delivered luggage at Suvarnabhumi Airport, 4th Floor,
Gate 7 (between counters P/Q). (Refer to the image below)
- If you pick up your luggage after 12:00 PM the following day, there will be
an additional fee per bag on-site. (The fee is approximately 100 THB per bag

- If you pick up your luggage after midnight on the same day, there will be
an additional fee per bag (approximately 100 THB per bag per additional day;
the exact amount can be confirmed on-site).
Additional information

- On the day of check-out, please leave your luggage at the hotel by 12:00 noon using the Belluck delivery service and tell the hotel that Belluck will come to pick it up.
- When entering a reservation number - Please enter only 9 digits (xxxxxxxxx) excluding the hyphen.
- After leaving your bag at the hotel, take a picture of the bag and the tag you received from the hotel and upload the picture to the Belluck website.
- Scan the QR code inserted in the voucher (or go to it) >> Check that the pickup location, destination, and number of bags are correct >> Click "Browse" on the bottom left and upload a photo of the bag >> Click "Browse" on the far right and upload a photo of the bag tag you received from the hotel
