On the day of the tour, please complete your check-in at "Near JR Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit H2 Bus Stop (In front of Keihan Bus Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit Information Office)" at least 20 minutes before the departure time. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
Upon check-in, please present your reservation voucher or state the name of the representative person who made the reservation.

[Tour Fee]: JPY 16,500 (tax included) / per person
There is no child fare available. Guests who require a seat must book at the adult rate.
Children under primary school age who sit on a guardian's lap can participate free of charge, but no seat or meal (for courses that include meals) will be provided. If it is difficult for the child to sit on your lap, we recommend reserving a seat for them. In such cases, the adult rate will apply. Furthermore, even if a seat is not reserved, additional meal fees may need to be paid directly at the restaurant for courses that include buffet-style dining.

① [Prohibition of Large Luggage] There is no large luggage storage area inside the venue. Please leave large luggage, such as suitcases, at your accommodation.
② [Please Prepare Your Admission QR Code in Advance] Please distribute the admission QR codes to each participant before entry. For smooth admission, please have your own QR code ready when entering.
③ [Group Admission] To avoid congestion at the entrance, entry will be conducted as a group. Please follow the instructions of the venue staff and do not rush into the venue in a disorganized manner.
④ [Group Movement Inside the Venue] Inside the venue, please cooperate by moving as a group to avoid crowding and obstructing walkways.
⑤ [Please Use the Restroom Before Arrival] The number of restrooms inside the venue is limited. Please use the restroom before arriving if possible (we recommend using the facilities at the dinner restaurant).
⑥ [Prohibition of Group Photography] Group photography inside the venue and within the venue area is strictly prohibited.

The tour fee for adults and children is the same, and there are no discounts or special rates. Children under 6 years old who do not occupy a seat and do not require a meal can participate in the tour free of charge. However, due to operational reasons, all companions, including children, must be registered in advance. Please contact the Customer Service Center to apply. Regarding Tour Conductor Accompaniment: Unless otherwise specified, a tour conductor will not accompany the tour. A bus guide will provide guidance. In addition, based on the Labor Standards Act, appropriate rest periods, including meal times, will be taken during the itinerary. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Regarding Tour Cancellation: In the event of natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances, the tour may be canceled if it is determined that safe operation is difficult.

Regarding Itinerary Changes: The itinerary, sightseeing locations, visit order, and meal contents may be subject to change due to transportation conditions (such as buses), weather, local circumstances, road conditions, etc. Depending on congestion, certain parts of the itinerary may be omitted or the time spent at sightseeing spots may be shortened.

Regarding Photos: Please note in advance that the scenery in brochures or posted photos may differ from the actual conditions depending on the season of your travel or weather conditions.

Regarding Meeting and Departure: The bus will depart strictly on time. Please ensure you arrive at the meeting location by the departure time by yourself. Please note that if you arrive late, the tour fee cannot be refunded.

Regarding Bus Seats: Bus seats are assigned (seat numbers will be provided on the day of the tour). Please note in advance that depending on the number of participants, you may be assigned to front/back seats or shared seats.
