You must go to the Around Vesuvio office before visiting the site to exchange your voucher for the official Pompeii ticket
Show your Tiqets voucher to the staff at the 'Around Vesuvio' office, and they will provide an official Pompeii ticket
The Around Vesuvio office is open daily from 08:30 to 17:30
At the end of the visit, leave the audio guide at the 'Around Vesuvio' office by 17:30. If you do not want to come back to the office, you can use the digital audio guide (downloadable on the spot)
