3. Enter the OTP listed in the received email into the ticket screen and press the Confirm button. If you enter it correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is complete, the OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an email address that can be confirmed locally on the day of use.)

Q: How do I confirm my booking?
A: You will get a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed. The confirmation email will be sent to your registered email account. Please check the booking information and voucher in the correct email account with a QR code.

Q: I book the ticket with my smartphone, so I can’t print the voucher. Is it possible to collect a paper ticket by directly presenting the voucher on the smartphone?
A: Yes, please display the ‘use start screen’ on your smartphone and collect the ticket at the selected station.
