Edhy (jeep driver) and Tarisa (specially arranged driver as we stayed outside Ubud) made this early morning trip and nearly 3 hours plus journey worth the efforts and money. Edhy was very professional and prepared us well for the cold and rough terrain. He is such a good photographer. Tarisa was very careful and experienced driver, very patient, hospital. She knew when and how to engage travelers in interesting conversation during the long journey. We managed to catch the beautiful sunrise, marvelous black lava and yummy coffee tasting. Thanks to Edhy and Tarisa for making this possible.
