• All guests, including non-swimmers, require an admission ticket.
• The park remains open during rain, but rides or slides may close temporarily for safety if lightning is detected. Rain checks are issued only if the park closes for the day, no refunds are provided.
• Tubes for attractions are free and available on a first-come, first-served basis at the attractions. The wave pool and lazy river do not require tubes.
• Life jackets are provided free of charge. Outside life jackets, puddle jumpers, and flotation devices must be Coast Guard approved.
• One unopened water bottle (up to 20 ounces) per person is allowed. Other outside food, beverages, coolers, grills, and glass containers are prohibited. Souvenir bottles and personal cups must be empty upon entry.

• Children aged 2 and under enter free (no ticket required).
• Children aged 3 and above require a general admission ticket.
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Most travelers can participate, subject to ride-specific height and safety requirements.
• Tickets are required for all guests, with specific height requirements for certain attractions (Mega Mayhem and Tennessee Twisters: 48 inches; Twin Cyclones: 36 inches; Riptide Racer, Big Kahuna, Big Scream, Thunder and Lightning: 42 inches).
