A wonderful afternoon/evening. Very informative about the traditions and culture. Followed by plentiful, great food and performance dancing including fire dancing and audience participation. Highly recommended.
My visit was less than optimal. Unfortunately I booked for a Friday evening, which means that traffic is quite bad in Nadi. My driver arrived 30 mins late for the pickup, and I know that it's not his fault. Unfortunately, this also meant arriving late and it was already quite dark halfway into the village tour. I also missed out on the chance to see the opening of the lovo (underground oven). Dinner was good, it's a buffet, and had food catered as well as food made in the underground oven. The night time entertainment of fire performances and dances were great.
