Get ready for a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. You’ll start by
ziplining over the stunning Kaituna River and waterfalls, then unwind in the
soothing, natural hot pools—a day of unforgettable experiences awaits!

On The Zipline…

• Arrival time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure to check in and get ready for your zipline adventure.
• What to wear: Wear covered footwear and dress for the weather. We’ll provide all the safety gear needed for ziplining.
• Allow 2.5 hours: This includes ziplining through Rotorua’s beautiful native forest, followed by time to relax at the hot pools.
• Facilities: Free lockers are available for your belongings, and changing rooms are on-site.

Feeling a bit nervous? Kia kaha – be strong! Our guides are seasoned
professionals who love what they do and will make sure you feel confident,
safe, and ready to enjoy every moment of the adventure.

Risk Acknowledgement

Ziplining is an adventure activity that inherently carries risks,

including high speeds, heights, and variable weather conditions. While Rotorua
Ziplines follows strict safety protocols and our guides are here to keep you
safe, risks such as sudden weather changes, slips on platforms, and the
inherent dangers of ziplining at high altitudes do exist. All participants are
required to follow the guides’ instructions and use the safety equipment
provided. By joining, you acknowledge these risks and accept personal
responsibility for your participation in this adventure.

For The Hot Pools…

After your zipline experience, you’ll head to the meeting point for the
Rotoiti Hot Pool shuttle:

• Shuttle Meeting Point: VR Rotorua Lake Resort, 366 State Highway 33, Mourea 3074 (just 5 minutes from our base).
• Shuttle Departure: The hot pool shuttle leaves from the jetty at 2:30 pm, unless otherwise arranged with our team.
• Boat Ride: Enjoy a scenic 20-minute boat ride each way to the secluded hot pools.
• What to bring: Swimwear, towels, and water for hydration.
• Duration: Allow 2.5 hours
