• Personal travel insurance is not included in any of our itineraries. Outdoor activities involve inherent risks and dangers; guests must assess their own health and capabilities. Our company is not liable for any personal injury or death caused by accidents or unforeseen circumstances.
  

1. After booking confirmation, the travel agency will contact the guest to confirm the itinerary arrangements. Please provide valid contact information (WhatsApp, WeChat, Kakaotalk only).

2. The one-day itinerary in Incheon will be adjusted depending on traffic and weather conditions on the day.

3. The one-day trip in Incheon will be conducted in a comfortable minivan, accompanied by an experienced Korean driver who speaks basic English and will assist with itinerary matters and ticket purchases. If assistance is needed during the trip, please contact the travel agency office staff immediately.

4. Please inform us in advance if you need to bring a stroller or wheelchair.

5. Hotel facilities such as swimming pool and dining are not included and can be purchased at your own expense if needed.

6. Hotel rooms are 2 people per room (2 single beds / 1 double bed)
