At 'Island Organics Thai Cooking Class' Chef Lat will teach you 4 traditional Thai recipes all easy to recreate back at home plus make coconut cream, curry paste & a herbal drink. You will prep & cook yourself ! Our produce is grown mostly onsite so recipes are kept to ‘Thai favourites’ ensuring you a traditional Thai culinary experience. - View ' Island Organics Samui ' website for info & bookings - * Veg / Vegan / Gluten free option available. * Children under 10 yrs are not able to attend our class. * Cruise ships – due to timing & logistics we are unable to host you.
