  We will start the tour leaving from the center of San Pedro de Atacama towards the Cordillera de la Sal in the Atacama Desert, the driest place on earth, with direction to one of its most picturesque points: the Valley of the Moon. The names already give a clear clue to the landscape, where rock formations modeled by erosion, salt mantles, the Duna Mayor and views that will make you feel like on another planet reign. We will cross the valley transversally, visiting its famous rock formations: the Tres Marías, the Canyon and the Amphitheater. To finish the tour, we will enjoy the sunset from the Lickanantay viewpoint, where you can see how the desert is changing color, with large volcanoes on the horizon, offering a spectacle that will leave you speechless.

  Astronomical Tour in Ayllu de Solor, under the stars, San Pedro de Atacama in northern Chile has some of the best skies in the world for astronomical observation, come and experience this incredible nighttime spectacle. What does this experience include? Once at the place, you will be welcomed by our guides and we will immerse ourselves in a fascinating initial session of observing the sky with the naked eye, in the company of Rodrigo Zúñiga, renowned author of the book series “Under the Night of Atacama” and “Nueve notes to recover the sky.” During this first part, you will become familiar with the most prominent constellations and celestial elements of the season, establishing an intimate connection with the natural splendor that surrounds us. Later, we will expand your experience through the use of electronic telescopes, which will allow us to contemplate planets, star clusters, nebulae and other cosmic wonders, depending on the time of year.
