• It is available for ages 9 and up, and children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Parasailing is done in pairs, and jet skiing is done in groups of 1. If you have difficulty driving a jet ski, a local staff member will drive it for you.
• Banana boats can accommodate up to 5 people and can be joined by other guests.
• Promotion [Experience Diving + Jet Ski + Banana Boat] option is based on 2 people riding 1 jet ski. (If 1 person rides 1 jet ski, an additional fee of 15,000 won per jet ski is charged.)
• Parasailing odd-numbered (1 person, 3 people, 5 people, etc.) boarding is not possible, and you must purchase an additional ticket.
  - If you purchase an additional parasailing ticket, one person in your group will board twice, and one other passenger will board with the on-site staff.
• Carriers can be stored at the marine sports shop. However, please take special care of your valuables as we are not responsible for any loss.
• After the tour, you can take a quick shower, and there are changing rooms so you can change your clothes before the tour.
  
• After the tour, your body temperature may drop due to playing in the water, so it is recommended to bring extra clothes or long sleeves.
  
• Seawalking and scuba diving (skin scuba diving) before departure are prohibited from boarding an airplane within 24 hours due to pressure differences.
• Most events are possible for elementary school students and older, but since each child is different, if your child is too small or young, the local staff may determine that the experience is not possible. In this case, we will help you get a refund for your child's fee.
• However, please note that if the local staff says the experience is possible but your child is scared and does not proceed, refunds are not possible due to a simple change of mind.
• If you have respiratory disease or surgical experience, please inquire when making a reservation.
  
• If you need to wear a hearing aid or earplugs, please inquire when making your reservation for safety reasons.
• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory and individual activities should be avoided in areas without safety personnel.
• Anyone with a hangover or who has consumed alcohol that day cannot participate.
• Because this is a water activity, those with systemic illnesses or poor physical or mental condition are advised to use it with caution and receive prior consultation.
• If you are judged to have health risks based on your health condition on the day, you will not be able to participate.
• Pregnant women, those with respiratory diseases or surgical history, and those who wear hearing aids or earplugs may have difficulty participating in the tour for safety reasons.
• Drinking alcohol is not permitted during the tour.
  
• If additional charges arise, we will notify you separately.
• The event may be cancelled due to natural disasters, and individual notifications will be provided in the event that the event cannot be held.
• Partial refunds are not available in case of schedule shortening or changes due to natural disasters, etc.
• If you are not at the pickup time and location provided or are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to use the product.
• Please keep your valuables with you or be careful not to lose them.
• Please be sure to purchase individual travel insurance.
• Please bring receipts from local medical treatment, as injuries caused by personal negligence will be covered by travel insurance.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your own health (e.g. pre-existing conditions) or accidents caused by your own negligence.
