You’ll be introduced to your driver or guide before we begin the tour. Drive to Ajanta Caves We’ll start with a scenic 2-hour drive (around 100 km) to the famous Ajanta Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. When we reach the parking area (4 km from the caves), a shuttle bus will take us to the entrance. Don’t worry—your guide will help with shuttle and entry tickets. Explore the Ajanta Caves Spend around 3 hours exploring these ancient rock-cut caves, dating back to the 2nd century BC. Inside, you’ll see beautiful Buddhist carvings, paintings, and stories told through art. Lunch and Return After the cave visit, enjoy a tasty local lunch (your guide will suggest a good place). Then we’ll head back to Aurangabad, ending your wonderful day with great memories.

Built by Prince Azam Shah in memory of his mother, this beautiful monument is often called the “Taj of the Deccan.” Its lovely Mughal-style architecture makes it a must-see in Aurangabad. Shopping Time & Tour End Next, enjoy some free time to shop for local specialties like Himroo and Paithani sarees — perfect souvenirs from Aurangabad! After shopping, we’ll drop you off at the place of your choice — whether it’s your hotel, the airport, or the train station. Note: This tour is perfect if you have an afternoon flight — drop-off is available anytime between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
