- Slides operation times may vary based on daily needs.
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission due to capacity limits or other reasons.
- Children under 106 cm in height receive free admission.
- Children between 106 cm and 122 cm must wear a life jacket and be accompanied by a responsible adult when using water slides.
- Children under 15 years must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times.
- Tickets apply to guests aged 3 to 99 with a height above 106 cm, charged at the same rate for adults and children.
- Children above 106 cm can access most water slides, except extreme slides (Aqualoop and Freefall).
- Seniors aged 60 and older, pregnant guests, and disabled guests (pools only, no slides) receive free admission.
