- The Deluxe Safari Adventure lasts 75 minutes and operates every day, subject to availability.

- Check in at the admissions counter at least 15 minutes before your scheduled safari time.
- Please allow sufficient time for parking and entry, especially on weekends and holidays.
Must Know
- This is a small group safari tour (max. 20 guests), providing a more intimate and immersive experience than the general Safari Bus.
- Animal encounters may vary due to unpredictable wildlife behaviour.
- All guests must follow zoo staff and keeper instructions at all times during the experience.
- Enclosed shoes must be worn. No strong perfumes or aftershave.
- Prams and strollers are not permitted in off-limits areas during the tour.
- No food or drink is allowed into animal encounter areas.
- Photo-taking is permitted for personal use only. Flash is not allowed, and rangers cannot take photos on your behalf.
- Zoos Victoria may cancel experiences due to weather, animal welfare, or insufficient bookings; guests will be notified and may reschedule or receive a full refund.

- All participants aged 1 and above must hold a valid ticket.
- Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children aged 8 and under: 1 adult per child is required (1:1 ratio).
- Children aged 9–15: 1 adult per 2 children is required (1:2 ratio).

Booking Confirmation
- This product requires manual confirmation by the provider.

Cancellation Policy
- A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before date of selection.
- No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 2 days before the date of selection.
Voucher Use

- You must also present the separate confirmation email with ticket issued by the experience provider.

Fantastic for families or couples of any age. The Deluxe safari was so good great staff and with close up animal contact especially the giraffes and our inquisitive ostrich and baby rhino .
The Werribee Open Zoo is a fantastic zoo - animals all looked well-cared for. The deluxe safari tour was awesome - guide was friendly & we managed to get up close to the animals.
