Reminders
Rental days are charged on a 24–hour basis. All motorbikes will be charged RM5 per hour for late returns. Please return the vehicle within operation hour.
All passengers must present their valid international license/ international driving permit (with English translation) and passport upon collection
Before the driver rents the motorbike, the full price and deposit of RM200 must be paid in cash. The deposit is necessary for security purposes and will be completely REFUNDED to the DRIVER after the motorbike is returned in the same condition as it listed on the checklist
Before renting, the DRIVER must inspect the motorcycle's physical condition and take photographs on all four sides as a personal record of the motorcycle's condition
All vehicles must be collected and returned within business hours (9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday). If the driver returns the motorcycle after working hours, they will be charge an extra full day
The DRIVER must return the motorbike with the same quantity of gasoline as was recorded on the checklist when it was picked up
All vehicles are not to be driven on dirt roads and any rough terrain roads including beaches
All motorcycles are NOT to be driven across Sabah State Borders, for example into (LABUAN/BRUNEI/INDONESIA/ SARAWAK). Any proof of using fully automated motorcycles in unauthorised areas "out of town area" will result in the deposit being forfeited
Loss of keys and road tax charges: RM150
Loss of helmet: RM50/helmet
Loss of locks/rain gear and other accessories: Rain Gear Set (RM30), Luggage Rain Cover (RM5), Bungee Cord (RM5), Bike Locks (RM20), Phone Holder (RM20)
If a puncture occurs, the company will fully provide all information in regards of panel workshops that will provide tire service. However, the operator will not cover for the cost of any punctured tires
Early return of vehicles are not entitled to ANY refund for unused time of the rental period
Due to the DRIVER'S negligence, failure to return the motorbike and any equipment or accessories in its original condition and location will be penalised accordingly
If the driver's foreign licence is not in English, he or she must produce an international driving permit issued in the same country as the driver's license. Also, in lieu of an international driving permit, an English translation will be accepted
All motorcycles are to be filled with RON95 Fuel (PETROL)
Insurance is not included. We recommend that you check your personal insurance for overseas accidents due to accidents for safety measures
DRIVER and PASSENGERS Must wear their helmets when riding at all times. Headlights of the motorcycle MUST be turned ON at all times when riding (INCLUDING DAY TIME)
Excess Reduction Fee (ERF): The driver is responsible for all damages caused to the vehicle, including theft regardless of fault
Upon the DRIVER is acceptance and subject to the GOGOSABAH RENTAL AGREEMENT stipulated, the driver is liable to the ERF
The driver must file a police report within 24 hours of an accident or theft to be liable for a maximum excess of RM1000
In case of an accident due to the drivers negligence and towage service is required, the driver will be responsible for the charges
Any uncertainty in regards of insurance, charges for the DRIVER’s and Passenger’s treatment or hospitalization will not be held responsible by GOGOSABAH TOURS and TRAVEL SDN BHD
GOGOSABAH’s insurance only covers for the vehicle if the vehicle is being hit by another vehicle providing with full information of the vehicle that caused the accident
How to Use Your Voucher
Please present your e-voucher and passport on-site
All passengers must present their valid identification cards or passport upon collection. If the driver's foreign licence is not in English, he or she must produce an international driving permit issued in the same country as the driver's license. Also, in lieu of an international driving permit, an English translation will be accepted
