- Standard service hours: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Service is available 24 hours, but surcharges apply for nighttime transfers.
Must Know
- Nighttime surcharge: An additional 5,000 yen per hour applies for services between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, payable in cash to the driver.
- Airport Pickup: Driver waits for 90 minutes from flight landing or 30 minutes from a specified time.
- Hotel Pickup: Driver waits for 30 minutes for free.
- Overtime fee: 2,000 yen per 30 minutes if you exceed free waiting time.
- Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle; a cleaning fee applies if the interior is soiled.

Child Policy
- One child safety seat is provided free of charge; please specify the child's age when booking.
- Additional child seats are available for 2,000 yen per day per seat.

Voucher Use
