📌 Precautions Before Purchasing the Wuzhen Water Village Tour

✅ Reservation and Usage Guide

This product is a join-in tour shared with other travelers.

The minimum number of participants is 6.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will notify you individually 3 to 4 days prior to the date of use. If it is difficult to change the schedule, a full refund will be provided.

Your reservation will be completed only after you receive final confirmation from the person in charge.

🚌 Vehicle and Seat Information

Depending on the number of passengers, 17-seater / 33-seater / 53-seater vehicles are operated.

Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, not assigned.

Luggage can be stored inside the vehicle, but space may be limited.

Please keep your valuables with you at all times. We are not responsible for any loss.

🪪 Supplies

Please be sure to bring your original passport (or a copy) on the day of the tour.

Comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended.

Please prepare an umbrella or raincoat in case of rain.

🌧️ Rain and Weather Information

The tour will proceed as scheduled even in normal rainy weather.

However, the schedule may be changed or canceled if the tour cannot proceed for safety reasons, such as due to typhoons, heavy rain, government restrictions, or the suspension of operations at tourist attractions.

In this case, a representative will promptly notify you and process the matter according to the alternative schedule or refund policy.

⏰ Meeting and Assembly Information

Please arrive 5 minutes before the meeting time.

Due to the nature of group tours, we depart on time, and we are unable to contact you or wait for you if you are late.

After your free time at each tourist attraction ends, please be sure to check the meeting place and time announced by the guide.

Once the meeting time has passed, we will proceed to the next itinerary without further contact or waiting to ensure the smooth progress of other travelers' schedules.

If you are unable to participate in the tour due to failing to arrive on time for personal reasons, refunds and schedule changes are not available.

The order of the itinerary is subject to change depending on local traffic conditions, tourist attraction operations, events, etc.
