1. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to departure. Please plan your journey to allow time for traffic, parking and walking to the jetty we cannot wait for late arrivals as we have a schedule to stick to. Please do not call the office to let us know you are running late, this does not change the vessel schedule. Cruises depart on the hour sharp.
2. Infants (0-2 years) must be declared on your bookings. Please call us to discuss if you've forgotten to add on any infants. Please leave prams in the car we have limited room to store them. Baby carriers work well.
3. Please ensure your entire group has arrived before attempting to board. We cannot allow part of your group to board and hold seats, all passengers must board together.
4. Seating is on a first come basis, there are enough seats for everyone.
5. The departure location will have signs near the jetty.
6. If you have booked for multiple people ensure you pass on this information.
7. If you can no longer make this cruise please email us. All changes need to be in writing with a minimum of 24 hours notice to change the date. Our email can be found at the bottom of this page. If you do no show up for your cruise tickets will be forfeited.

Jetty location

The jetty is located out the front of The Bay cafe at 9 Mandurah terrace on
the eastern foreshore.
