TOUR ITINERARY: THE ROAD TO THE ROOF OF THE WORLD

Duration from 5 to 6 hours

08:00 AM | Meeting Point: We start the adventure with pickup at the place of your choice in Riobamba (Hotel, Park or Terminal).

09:30 AM | Registration at the Reserve: Arrival at the entrance control of the Chimborazo Volcano. Important: It is mandatory to carry your original passport for registration.

09:50 AM | The Ascent Begins: We set off from the Hermanos Carrel Shelter (4,845 meters above sea level). We will walk for 60 minutes to the Whymper Refuge (5,042 meters above sea level), surrounded by unique glacial landscapes.

10:45 AM | Summit of Experience : Arrival at the mystical Lagoon Condor Cocha, located at 5,100 meters, the highest point of our tour.

11 :00 AM | Safe descent: We begin the leisurely return to enjoy the last views of the colossus.

11:30 AM | Return to Base: Arrive at the first shelter to rest before the return trip.

01 :00 PM | End of the Adventure: Arrival in the city of Riobamba.

3. Candy to counteract the effects of height.

Transportation is done in a sedan taxi.
