Rates are exclusive of fuel, toll fees, & parking fees.
Parking fees and highway toll fees should be paid directly to the driver.
An additional surcharge will apply if the hotel is outside of Metro Manila, to be paid directly to the driver (Operator will reconfirm the surcharge amount in advance).
The passengers and luggage should not exceed limit of each car's capacity. Otherwise, it will result in the cancelation of service or additional surcharge.
Babies also count as 1 passenger.
Car type is subject to availability.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 48 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 48 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 48

Really convenient! The Van was clean, comfortable, and has strong aircon. The driver was friendly and accommodative to our request.
The driver was ok during the drive. But the whole process of waiting for confirmation of the driver details wasn't good. Until one day before the activity there was no details of the driver until I contacted Pelago. They give me the details and asked me to contact the driver myself. But the driver remains uncontactable. The driver is supposed to fetch me at 8am the next morning. But he did not answer my call nor reply my message. So I woke up at 5am then make a grab advance booking and went back to sleep. Finally the driver message me at 7.10am and I had to quickly cancel my grab but I was charged the full amount by grab.
