Very good experience
From the selection of the date and number of tickets, the entrance process and payment were fast. The booking confirmation slip was also generated quickly. Keep it up. However, one feedback is the category age of certain attractions. Example, Badaling, my son actually doesn’t need an entrance ticket as he is 17 years old and your age category is 18-24 as Youth and 25 onwards as Adult. I don’t want to take the risk of being denied entry to the attraction, hence I’ve proceeded to purchase his ticket. At the badaling counter, the staff told me to send for a refund for my son's ticket (17 years) as it is a free entrance.
