I propose to dance in the forest, to feel their strength, breathe their air, hug the trees and recognize themselves in the movement with others, and thus achieve, create with joy their own dance in communion with the beings that inhabit the forest. This proposal was born after experiencing the dance in the Fuegian nature, forests, beaches, lagoons, for 10 years in each and every one of the climates with which we were at the time of the dance (wind, rain, snow, ice, sun ). Naturaldanza is a style that does not need experience in dance, it is for all ages, gender, conditions and physical possibilities. Naturaldanza is a style that seeks to recover the genuine in the expression of the movement of each participant, always taking inspiration from nature. Naturaldanza has its roots in the Free Dance of Isadora Duncan, a dance without ornaments, stripped of everything superficial and also in Dance, a method created by María Fux, with whom I have trained in dance therapy.
