The trip was great but the English speaking guide had a very strong accent and spoke too quickly which made it very difficult to follow. He also didn’t have the correct information about the tour. A canal cruise was advertised as included but when a few of us asked he said we hadn’t paid for that. We asked at the canal cruise and were told it was included but many others paid again. We also didn’t get the audio tour or interactive map as was advertised. Overall the day was great and we enjoyed Bruges and Damme. The bus was comfortable and Jaris was attentive.
