Good To Know
Meeting time: 30 minutes before the activity starts.
Participants must sign a waiver provided by the organizer on-site before participating. For participants ages 5–17, a parent must be present to sign the waiver.
Children under the age of 5 are not allowed on the ride.
The activity is not suitable for pregnant women, people with disabilities, and guests with serious medical conditions.
Availability of the activity is subject to change due to weather conditions.
The meeting point may change due to changes in the weather. You will be informed in advance if there's a change.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 3 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 3 days before the date of selection.
