Sainte-Chapelle:

• Please note: last access to the monument is 30 minutes before closing time.

Conciergerie:

• January 1st to December 3: 9:30 am - 6 pm
• Last access to the monument at 5:15 pm
• Closed on May 1st and December 25.
• Histopad tablets are available until 4:30 pm
• On Wednesday 12 March, the monument will exceptionally open its doors at 10.30am.

Both closed on January 1, May 1, and December 25.

• This ticket includes access to both Sainte-Chapelle and Conciergerie.
• Security checks are mandatory at the entrance.
• It’s recommended to book a time-slot ticket online in advance to guarantee entry.
• The selected timeslot is for Sainte-Chapelle.
• Expect long queues during high season.
• No large bags/suitcases allowed & no lockers available
• The Histopad, the mediation device of the Conciergerie, is distributed to visitors until 4:30 PM.

• Please be at the Sainte-Chapelle on time for your selected timeslot.
• You can visit the Conciergerie on the same day before or afterwards, but we advise you to start your visit with the Conciergerie as it closes earlier.
• Photography without flash is allowed.
• The visit duration for each site is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
• Entrance lines can be long, especially during peak seasons.

• Children under 18 years old (EU citizens or residents) can enter for free with a valid ID.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.

• Free entry for under 18s, 18-25 years old (EU nationals and non-EU residents in France), disabled persons and companions, job seekers (valid certificate of less than 6 months), Education pass (valid)
• If you are entitled to a free ticket, please make sure to book a timeslot on the official website.

• Weather-appropriate clothing as some areas may not be fully sheltered.

A full refund is available if canceled at least 2 days in advance of the scheduled experience.

• Present your mobile or printed voucher at the entrance.
• Admission is valid for one entry to each site on the selected date.
• Visitors to the Sainte-Chapelle and/or Conciergerie will have a dedicated line. You will have to go through a security check to enter the monument.
• Each reservation slot is 30 minutes, meaning that if you have a reservation for 10:00 am, you will be able to access the monument at 10:30 am at the latest.
• You must choose your date and time for the Sainte-Chapelle; the Conciergerie visit must take place on the same day, at the time of your choice.
