Cancellations:
The venue provides full refunds for cancellations if you inform them at least 2 weeks before your scheduled date. If notified between 14 to 3 days, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount paid. If notified within 3 to 0 days of your tasting or tour date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount paid.
