- Please be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Pick-up times may be delayed due to traffic conditions; all timings are approximate.
- Complimentary pick-up is available for accommodations within Chiang Mai City.
- For accommodations outside Chiang Mai City (e.g., Four Seasons, Veranda High), an extra charge of THB 300–500 applies.
- The tour returns to your Chiang Mai hotel by approximately 5:30 PM.
- All itinerary timings are approximate and subject to change without prior notice due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
- If the number of passengers exceeds the booked amount, the driver may refuse service.
- Tipping is optional, but a gratuity of THB 100–200 for the guide is appreciated.

Con was difficulty in reaching out to the operator to confirm again the pick up time. Had to reach out to Pelago to help. Pro was the guide speaks well good English and the whole program was good. Very helpful the guide. Felt v safe as a solo traveller. Psst: for this trek, it’s not for those with knee issues because there are way too many steps to ascent and descend!
