Sundowner Cruise Guidelines

Important Information - Please Read Carefully

1. Infants (0-2 years) must be declared on your bookings as they are considered a passenger. Please email us to discuss if you've forgotten to add on any infants.

   
   

2. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Please ensure you allow time for parking and walking to the jetty. We cannot wait for late arrivals.

   
   

3. Please ensure your entire group has arrived before attempting to board. We cannot allow part of your group to board and hold seats, all passengers must board together.

   
   

4. Seating is on a first come basis, there are enough seats for everyone.

   
   

5. The office will be closed by 5pm please call or email before this time if you have a question.

   
   

6. All cancellations need to be in writing and emailed to hello@pirateshipmandurah.com.au If you have booked through a third party you will need to contact the thirds party supplier who you have booked through.

   
   

7. Children must be accompanied by an adult

Meeting Point & Boarding

The jetty is located out the front of 9 Mandurah terrace near The Bay Cafe and
Red Manna restaurant.

Parking

We'd recommend parking on the foreshore or in the car park near Sholl St and
walking down.

What to bring

• Coat or jacket, it's an open air boat and it can get quite cold at night.

  
  

• Cameras, there's lots to see

  
  

• Due to space restrictions, no prams or strollers open aboard, we have limited storage so please try to leave prams in the car.

  
  

• BYO beers & wine. Maximum 3 drinks per person and no large eskys.
