- Guests must make their own way to the meeting point unless a transfer package is selected.
- The tour involves walking on uneven terrain and unsealed paths; moderate physical fitness is recommended.
- Maintenance on the movie set may take place throughout the year to ensure the best guest experience.
- No pets are permitted on the movie set (except registered assistance dogs).
- Open to all nationalities.
- Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Infants & Children (0–10 years): Free of charge, but a ticket must be allocated/booked in advance.
- Youth (11–17 years): Youth ticket required.
- Adults (18+ years): Adult ticket required.

Feeling immersed to middle earth Hobbit shrine, the detail created are out of this world, the tour guide really excited to share lots of detail on how it is built and maintained also about movie details. One of kind life experience. Make sure explore the inside if hobbit house
