Process to book and board was flawless. Vessel is very quiet and it was a smooth ride. Lots of places to sit, but get there early to be able to sit outside in the front to have a good view and be able to take pictures without blocking someone.

Show your smartphone ticket while boarding the vessel at the meeting point
Tour leaves from Rådhusbrygge 4 - this is City Hall pier no 4. Waterfront of the City Hall of Oslo - where the island ferries are docking
The cruise will stop in front of the Bygdøy museums, the dock is situated close to the Fram museum, the Norwegian Maritime museum, and the Kon-Tiki museum
If you drop off at the above stop, the return to the city is at your own cost with public transport
