Wheelchairs can only be accommodated in larger vehicles due to their size and specific requirements.
- The standard luggage size is 61 cm, and any bag larger than this will be counted as 2 pieces. However, if there are fewer passengers than the limit, you are allowed to bring more luggage (e.g., up to 10 pieces of standard-sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van).

Fast and efficient, door to door service
The driver and the car were great. Very clean and smooth drive throughout the journey. 5 stars for the driver and his service What needs to be better is communication from the Travel agency as I had no information on who the driver was, the car number, the time that they would be at the hotel. From Pelago's side, there was a confusion around how many passengers were in the car. I bought 1x package for a Group of 1-4 pax, however the agency/ driver was sent an invoice stating that only 1 adult was travelling in the car, while we were 2 adults. In the end, the driver didn't really ask for more money or create an issue but there was definitely confusion regarding in the beginning.
