Plating & Dining Experience (1 hour)

  • Select traditional Japanese tableware and plate the sushi you created. Enjoy your handmade sushi alongside the chef’s special amuse-bouche box, featuring seasonal ingredients sourced from across Japan.

In a luxurious modern-Japanese space, you can experience a unique blend of Japanese cuisine and culture.


Private chef Hiro Saito teaches sushi (nigiri, rolled sushi, hand rolls) to small groups.


Through Japanese food, you can feel Japan’s culture, traditional crafts, and the dedication of local producers.


You will plate the sushi you made yourself on traditional craft dishes of your choice.


Enjoy the chef’s special amuse-bouche box and a warm soup, made with seasonal ingredients delivered from producers across Japan. (90-minute Japanese cooking class, 60-minute dining time)


Itinerary

Hands-on Sushi Class

  • 11:00 — Meeting & Start of Experience

    Meet at the designated location and begin the sushi-making experience. Total duration approximately 2.5 hours.

  • 11:00–12:30 — Sushi Making Class

    Join a hands-on sushi class led by a private chef. Learn how to prepare nigiri sushi, maki rolls, and other styles using fresh seafood sourced directly from the market.

  • 12:30–13:30 — Plating & Lunch

    Select traditional Japanese tableware and plate your handmade sushi. Enjoy your meal together with the chef’s special amuse-bouche box featuring seasonal ingredients from across Japan.
Hands-on Sushi Class

  • 17:00 — Meeting & Start of Experience

    Meet at the designated location and begin the evening sushi-making experience. Total duration approximately 2.5 hours.

  • 17:00–18:30 — Sushi Making Class

    Participate in a hands-on sushi class with a private chef, learning to make nigiri sushi, maki rolls, and more using market-fresh seafood.

  • 18:30–19:30 — Plating & Dinner

    Choose your favorite Japanese tableware and enjoy the sushi you created, served with the chef’s seasonal amuse-bouche box.

  • Due to ingredient preparation, cancellations are not accepted after booking. However, if unavoidable, please contact us at least 4 days in advance. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 3 days. Please be aware of this.
