By Florida law. Anyone born Jan 1,1988 and after needs a boater License to operate a Pwc/Jetski.

Must be 18 years old to rent/operate But every driver must have a picture id with birthdate.

Kids 5 and older can be a passenger.

Please have required Id and Boating lic if it pertains to your age before your rental or your rental could be pushed back in time or canceled due to scheduling rental times.
