Our driver was exactly on time. He always made sure we were staying on schedule. The only knock I have is that they texted us and said for us to look for an E220 or 330 sedan. They showed up in a big minivan. Really not what we wanted or expected. That was easily overcome though. I would suggest that for a stop for lunch that you/they notify the restaurant about the time limit you are on. We had to wait a long time for our meal and then were rushed to finish on our schedule. Not the drivers fault though. Our driver took us to the sites we were interested in and then at the end even took us to some great areas for taking pictures. Overall a really great experience.
