1 hours 30 minsAdmission Ticket FreeWe will start with the tour of the cellar: from the area dedicated to fermentation in stainless steel containers, to that for the refinement of wine in 12,000 liter barrels, tonneaux and barriques. The tour ends with the visit of our peak After the tour, we will go on to the tasting of 5 wines, commenting and comparing them with each other. We will start with a white wine (Roero Arneis or Chardonnay), and then move on to the reds, starting with a Dolcetto or Diano d'Alba. Barbera d'Alba will follow Superiore and Nebbiolo d'Alba Superiore. We will finish the tasting with a Barolo.
