With the assistance of the Maestro Gelataio participants can learn how to prepare 2 flavors, a Ice Cream with Milk Base ( Crema, Pistachio, Chocolate, ....) and a Water Based Fruit Sorbet ( Strawberry, Melon, Lemon,...) Once completed this lesson you can enjoy the ice cream prepared by you.
