Operating Hours
- Daily: 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM (next day).
- For flights landing at ~1:45 AM, staff will wait until passengers complete arrival procedures.
- Pickup point: Da Nang International Airport Glass Building – NHA GA HANH KHACH QUOC TE (opposite the International Arrivals Exit, on the left).
- Look for the “SIM card redemption point” standee and the KKday signboard at reception.
Must Know
- Please ensure your SIM is activated before leaving the counter; refunds are not issued if you depart without checking activation.
- Data limits: 7 GB/day plan valid for 7 days; 6 GB/day plan valid for 15 days.
- All plans include a high-speed data allowance; once used up, browsing is unavailable until the next allowance/day.
- Coverage: Vietnam; network selection Vinaphone or MobiFone.
- Internet speed subject to terrain, weather, building obstructions, and network congestion.

Quick and easy transaction. 5G network capable of Vinaphone but my devices are only 4G, no problem... Network coverage in Danang, Hoi An, Bana Hills, Hanoi, Ninh Binh are excellent. Even minor area has H+ due to many walls but still usable.
Quick and easy transaction, didn't even asked for passport. Scanned QR code then gave SIM cards, inserted to smartphone, voila online!
