You must provide a cash deposit upon the car delivery and this deposit is refundable during the car return should there is no issue with the vehicle.
The amount of the deposit will be equal to the daily rental price. If you are renting the uninsured 4-seater car for 2-day, the deposit will be 2x IDR 250,000 = IDR 500,000 payable in cash upon the car delivery.
The rental rate is on a 24-hour basis. There will be an extra charge of IDR 100,000 per hour for overtime.
You are not permitted to drive the car outside the main island of Bali.
If you opt for the non-insured car, you are responsible for the vehicle including any damages or loss.
You must provide a copy of your passport and valid driving license when the vehicle is delivered.
All drivers must be at least 17 years old and in possession of a driving license that is valid under the laws of Indonesia.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.

Car rental staffs were friendly and accommodating. No need to pay extra charges for a few extra hours of use. Everything was done through whatsapp and you can try to request for car. Given a Honda Brio, very easy to drive and got power when climbing the hilly roads of Bali. Remember to prepare 1million IDR as deposit, no credit card hold, only cash.
Everything was good
Car was late by 2 hours when delivered the first day and time was wasted for my sightseeing trips. However, the car presented was of good condition and clean. During the return, driver was late by an hour plus to pick it up wasting my time having to wait for his arrival to return the car. Poor service.
