Today you enjoy a guided day tour of Cairo. Your first stop will be at Giza Plateau, where you visit the Pyramids and see the mighty Sphinx. Then you visit the National Archaeological Museum. Overnight in Cairo (Meals included: B).

In the morning you will be picked up from your accommodation for a guided tour of Giza. Your first stop will be at Giza Plateau, where one of the remaining wonders of the Ancient World, the Pyramids of Giza, still stands. You visit the Pyramids and enjoy panoramic views from the western plateau, then continue down the valley where the guardian of this Mortuary complex, the mighty Sphinx, stands with great pride.

You drive to the Oasis of Farafra where you have lunch and continue your safari through the Black Desert to the White Desert. At night you will find a place to spend the night in the open air and enjoy a BBQ-dinner (Meals included: BLD).

After breakfast you begin your day tour of the West Bank of Luxor with a visit of the Colossi of Memnon. Then you visit the Valley of the Kings, the most famous concentration of royal tombs. Then you continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. After touring the sites you can spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Luxor hotel (Meals included: BD).

First you will be transported to the Necropolis of Thebes, the Valley of the Kings on the West Bank of Luxor. This ancient necropolis is a must-see for Luxor travelers. It consists of tombs embedded in the mountain Thebes. Here, you visit 3 tombs of various dynasties. Your Egyptologist tour guide will be on hand to recommend and advise you as to which tombs to visit

The tomb of Ramesses III, designated as KV 11, is a complex system in the Valley of the Kings. It has been known since antiquity,the wonderful decorations include colourful painted sunken reliefs featuring the traditional ritual texts (Litany of Ra, Book of Gates etc) and Ramses before the gods. Unusual here are the secular scenes, in the small side rooms of the entrance corridor, showing foreign tributes, such as highly detailed pottery imported from the Aegean, the royal armoury, boats and, in the last of these side chambers, the blind harpists that gave the tomb one of its alternative names: ‘Tomb of the Harpers’

The tomb of Ramses IV (KV 2) in the Valley of the Kings is rather different than most other tombs built here. This tomb is by far the most spectacular of the other tombs you will see. The hieroglyphics on the wall depict scenes from the Litany of Ra, Book of the Dead, Book of Caverns, the Book of the Heavens, Book of Amduat, and the Book of the Night. The blue and white colors on the walls inside the burial chamber are very vibrant and you can see the king's sarcophagus made of rose-colored granite. There is also a beautiful scene of goddess Nut on the ceiling, where she is depicted swallowing the sun, and it traveling through her stomach, for Nut to give birth to it.

After breakfast you will go to Aswan, where you check into your 3-night Nile cruise. Here you visit Philae Temple and the two Aswan dams. Rest of the day free at leisure on your cruise ship (Meals included: BLD).

After this visit you will go to the High Dam, an engineering miracle used as an embankment dam situated across the Nile River, built in the 1960’s to protect Egypt from annual floods. You will be transferred back to the cruise ship for lunch, where you can also enjoy cruise activities and dinner in the evening. Spend the night on board in Aswan.

Early in the morning you will be transferred to Abu Simbel by car. After arrival you enjoy your guided tour of the Temples of Abu Simbel. Then you will be taken back to Aswan to you start your Nile cruise (Meals included: BLD).

Today you visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, which is dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek, and the Temple of Edfu which is dedicated to Horus, the falcon-headed god. You continue your cruise to Luxor, where you can spend the rest of your day free at leisure (Meals included: BLD).

After breakfast you disembark your cruise ship to enjoy a guided day tour of the East Bank of Luxor with a visit to Karnak and Luxor Temples. After this visit you will be transferred to a Luxor port for your departure as conclusion of your Egypt adventure (Meals included: B).

You visit what is considered to be one of the world's greatest architectural masterpieces, namely the complex of Karnak Temples on the East Bank of Luxor. Karnak is a complex of temples built in different reigns, starting with the Avenue of Sphinxes, the Hypostyle Hall with its 134 gigantic columns, the Obelisks of Queen Hatshepsut and Tutomosis I, the Temple of Amon adorned with lotus and papyrus designs, the Granite Scarbeus of Amenophis III and the Sacred Lake.
