Q: How can I confirm my booking?
A: A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address after the booking is confirmed. Please refer to the email for the booking information and a voucher with a QR code. You can also check the booking information from the link of Booking Details in the email.
Q: I'm having trouble printing my voucher as I made the reservation from my smartphone. Can I redeem it by just showing it on my phone screen?
A: Yes. Kindly present the QR code on your smartphone screen at the usage counter.
Q: How can I use it on the day?
