- Present your voucher at the aquarium ticket office to exchange it for admission and experience tickets
- Children under 3 years old can enter the aquarium for free (excluding the pearl ball experience). Please note this when making a reservation
- A full refund will be provided in case of temporary closure due to inclement weather; however, travel expenses to the site are not reimbursed
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the aquarium. Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs and guide dogs
- Bringing food and drinks into the aquarium is not permitted
- Photography is allowed, but flash use is strictly prohibited
