【About DELIBAG】
・This service is for suitcase delivery only; bags and backpacks cannot be accepted.
・The delivery fee covers one suitcase per person. If you have two suitcases, please make a reservation for two people.
・Please refer to the PDF file of the eligible hotel list for luggage delivery service.
・The acceptable suitcase size is limited to a total of less than 140 cm for the sum of length, width, and height.
※ If the total dimensions exceed 140 cm, an additional fee of JPY 300 per item will be charged.
・Please make your reservation under the name used for your hotel booking.
・Please present the following at the DELIBAG counter upon arrival:
① Voucher
② Screenshot of your hotel booking confirmation email (showing the hotel name, stay date, and guest name to prevent delivery errors)

Welcome Suica IC Card validity: Valid within 1 month from the date of purchase
Please check the expiration date of the Suica card at the ticket machine after redemption.
※ The validity period varies by card, but a minimum validity of 30 days is guaranteed.

DELIBAG Luggage Delivery Service validity: Valid on the day of use only
